Happy Hump Day, gents. The weekend is somewhere on the horizon, but we’re not there yet. It’s midweek and the work is piling up. We can’t serve God effectively if our minds are clouded with stress and anxiety.

It’s on days like this that we are susceptible to feeling overwhelmed and mentally drained. The enemy loves to attack on days like this, when our energy is low and our stress is high. He plants seeds of doubt and negativity, trying to make us lose hope in God’s promises.

So, let’s talk about Wednesday. It can feel like an uphill climb, but we have a power on our side that’s greater than any client email or irritable boss. You’re more than an employee or a provider – you’re God’s son. So begin by starting your day with Him, whether it’s with a quick prayer or a reading of a few Bible verses. This will ground you in the truth of God’s love and remind you of your purpose as a Christian man.

Remember, we have the power of God and practical tips to stay grounded throughout the day. Let’s prioritize our mental and spiritual well-being and remember that we are beloved children of God.

“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline” (2 Timothy 1:7).
